Dawn Haney, the creative force behind Dawn Haney Design, began the business after discovering her passion for photography.  Although primarily self-taught, her natural ability to capture nature’s beauty in the lens of a camera led to the creation of photographic note cards for family and friends.  Their overwhelmingly positive response encouraged her to take a leap of faith and leave behind the comfort and security of the corporate world. 

The first six months of the business found her almost totally immersed in exploring the unlimited possibilities offered by combining a camera lens with an image enhancing software - Photoshop.  Her intense love of nature can be seen in many of her photographic images – each of which includes an inscription that reveals a window into the heart of the artist and her view of the world.
